Arranging for us to conduct a Project Review is the perfect start to your new home or renovation project. For a single fee we will visit the site you will be building on and take detailed notes. We will then compile a thorough report for you that assesses what can and can't be built on your property under the local council guidelines and the State Environmental Planning Policies that apply to your site.    

​The Project Review Report is part of the initial stage of the design process and will be the basis of the ensuing design when you continue with your new home design project. The report provides you with valuable insights on what can be done with your property.

The Project Review will help you to understand:

• Any issues that will impact on your home design
• Probable approval process
• Design, approval and building time-frame estimates
• and to establish if your project is feasible.

The Project Review includes conducting an analysis of the site and assessment of regulations and a ‘Design Brief Creation’ session. During this session we'll discuss everything that you do in and around your house — how you interact with the space on a daily basis, how you entertain, how you play, and more. Together, we'll go through an in-depth questionnaire that is designed to draw out all of your wants, needs, wishes, and dreams. We ask big picture questions, and focus in on each so that we can create your personal roadmap for the design and building of your perfect home.
