THE PLAN SET INCLUDES:
  • Floor plans of each level
  • Roof plan
  • Four elevations
  • Cross and long sections

​The drawings included in the plan set are suitable for most planning applications. 
IMPORT NOTES ON THE PLAN SETS

If you would like Archetype Studios to make alterations to the plans or to prepare additional documents, we are able to do this for you for an additional fee.
You can learn more on our services page.
Additional documents will typically be required by planning authorities. These are likely to include site reports and site plans that will need to be prepared specifically for your development.
Due to the differences in requirements of different authorities and the varying nature of site conditions we are unable to guarantee that these designs and drawings will be suitable for your project. We have endeavoured to provide you with as much information as possible about the design and documents included in the set to ensure that you purchase a home design that is perfect for you. If you are unsure of any aspect of this product please contact us for more information prior to purchasing the plan set, as due to the digital nature of this product, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.
