Description
The preparation of architectural drawings to a standard appropriate for a construction certificate (CC) application.
The drawing set includes: Site plan, roof and floor plans of all levels, elevations, long and cross sections, detail drawings of stairs, lifts, balconies etc. as appropriate for the CC application.
NEW HOMES, ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS
For home designs of up to 200 square metres only. If you require a larger design please contact our office directly and we will provide you with a customised price.
The drawings will be of a level suitable for most construction certificate applications.
It will be necessary to have completed a thorough site review and a schematic design and detailed design (with development approvals) to an appropriate level prior to purchasing the construction documentation service.
