PROJECT REVIEWArranging for us to conduct a Project Review is a perfect start to your building project. For a single fee we will visit the site, take detailed notes and talk with you about your ideas. Then we will research any planning restrictions, required permits, limitations, and opportunities that apply to your development. We will then compile a thorough report that will help to clarify exactly what you can do so you can more forward towards creating your perfect home.

DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONSWe will prepare schematic and detailed designs of your new home, additions or renovations and collate them in a set of detailed design drawings including site plans, floor and roof plans, elevations, long sections and cross sections. We can also prepare for you any additional documentation that is required to gain your development permit, such as shadow diagrams, heritage reports, environmental reports and development application forms.

DOCUMENTATION FOR TENDERING AND CONSTRUCTIONWe will prepare your architectural house plans to a standard appropriate for a construction certificate (CC) application.
The drawing set will include: Site plan, roof and floor plans of all levels, elevations, long and cross sections, detail drawings of stairs, lifts, balconies etc. We will also prepare the building specification which will document all the building materials, fittings and finishes, workmanship, standards and construction requirements. All of these can be prepared to a level appropriate for the Construction Certificate applications, tendering and construction. |
