What we do

At Archetype we can help you with the complete design of your home, from assisting in the selection of your property to designing and documenting your new home or additions, including the architectural and building design, interiors and landscaping. We will manage the approvals, certifying and tendering processes, as well as the contracting phase and we will supervise the construction and furnishing of your home and garden.

Designing and building your new home or undertaking a major renovation of your home is probably one of the largest investments you'll make. However, you probably don't have any experience with this scale of design and building - which can be very daunting.

To help you with this we created the Home Design Project Planning Pack. The pack contains information which clearly outlines exactly what will happen during the design process and lets you know what you need to do and what your Architect will do at each stage. Included in the pack are guides and worksheets on building costs, avoiding mistakes and creating the perfect brief.

We offer unlimited free 3d drawings of your design

Providing you with 3D images allows you to easily visualise your home design and to understand how all the elements will fit together. Importantly, 3D drawings allow you to resolve any issues with how you will use the space and to catch them before any costly construction decisions are made.
